IMPORTANT DocuSketch Updates on May 2

Exciting updates are coming to DocuSketch on Thursday, May 2nd!  We wanted to let you know what to expect ahead of time so you are able to use the updates right away and inform your teams of the changes.  You will find an outline of the updates below along with links to the knowledge base page which will have more information and screenshots of that topic.  If you’d like to discuss these updates further, please feel free to schedule a time to chat: feel free to reply to this email. Changes to app.docusketch.com and sketch delivery (if applicable to user)

• New notification area in the top right corner of the dashboard to share important announcements, product updates and other news…like these updates!

• All sharing options are now under one menu titled “Share” (https://immoviewer.helpspot.com/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=54)

1. 1. 1. More ways to share depending on who you are sharing with, what you want the recipient to be able to do and how you want to send the tour to the recipient.
      2. Super Admins now have access to the option of generating a totally public link as well as embed codes, primarily used for marketing purposes to showcase your newest technology.

• Searching now includes tours shared with you instead of just searching those you created.

• Archive instead of delete (https://immoviewer.helpspot.com/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=55)

1. 1. 1. Users can archive a tour from the main dashboard which are then moved into “Archived Tours” on the left side menu.  This allows for storage of tours without clogging up the dashboard as well as preventing accidental deletions.

• Tab names now show the tour name rather to make them easier to find when looking at several tours inside the same browser window.  Small but impactful!

• When sketches are delivered, they will now arrive via email as well as the dashboard and not require “review”

1. 1. 1. The Sketch file (now one file and not zipped), as well as a .jpg preview, will be available as attachments to make mobile access and forwarding to other team members simpler. Feedback is as simple as replying to the email!

• Snapshots can now be taken by any viewer by clicking the camera icon in the bottom right of any tour.

Changes to iOS and Android app

• HDR is now available on a room by room basis to improve the quality of tours and produce better results when light is imbalanced (https://immoviewer.helpspot.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=44)

1. 1. 1. This setting can be enabled by swiping left on the camera icons and highlighting (turning blue) “HDR” or it can be enabled by clicking the tour name in the top bar

• Both lenses can now be captured at the same time, which is ideal for roofs or small rooms (https://immoviewer.helpspot.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=44)

• Camera settings (ISO, exposure, bracketing) can now be adjusted (https://immoviewer.helpspot.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=44)

   2. “Roof” is now a floor name
      1. Easier to separate roof shots from other exterior shots

• Auto-advance for rooms is available for when a room name has already been used previously in the tour.

Ex: After capturing the “Kitchen”, “Kitchen 2” would be an option for subsequent shots to allow for faster documentation of multiple shots of a room.  Can also be used to keep track of which type of room is being shot. Ex: After shooting Bedroom, Bedroom 2 would be available for the second bedroom in the house.
